Ingredients

  • 1 ½-2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 10.5 oz. cans cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom or celery - can mix!)
  • 1 6 oz. box stuffing mix
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup warm water

Instructions
 

  • Spray the crock of a 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
  • Place the chicken in the slow cooker, then season it with salt, and pepper. 
  • Pour the soups evenly over the chicken.
  • Sprinkle the stuffing mix over the chicken, topping with the herb packet, if necessary.
  • Melt the butter and whisk in the water, then pour the mixture evenly over the stuffing,
  • Slow cook on high for 4-5 hours, or low for 6-8 hours.
