1 ½-2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts Kosher salt to taste Black pepper to taste 2 10.5 oz. cans cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom or celery - can mix!) 1 6 oz. box stuffing mix ½ cup unsalted butter 1 cup warm water
Spray the crock of a 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
Place the chicken in the slow cooker, then season it with salt, and pepper.
Pour the soups evenly over the chicken.
Sprinkle the stuffing mix over the chicken, topping with the herb packet, if necessary.
Melt the butter and whisk in the water, then pour the mixture evenly over the stuffing,
Slow cook on high for 4-5 hours, or low for 6-8 hours.
