3 large eggs ¼ cup milk 2 tablespoons granulated sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 12-roll count pack of Hawaiian Rolls Butter for greasing pan 1/2 cup powdered sugar Fresh berries Syrup for dipping
In a bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon.
Butter the bottom of a large skillet and heat over medium heat.
Dunk each side of the rolls in the egg mixture and place into the pan.
Cook 4 rolls at a time and cook each side of each roll for about 30 seconds before flipping. Make sure to cook each side of the roll.
Repeat with the rest of the rolls.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar, serve with fresh berries and syrup if desired.
