Hawaiian Bread French Toast

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 12-roll count pack of Hawaiian Rolls
  • Butter for greasing pan
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • Fresh berries
  • Syrup for dipping

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon.  
  • Butter the bottom of a large skillet and heat over medium heat. 
  • Dunk each side of the rolls in the egg mixture and place into the pan. 
  • Cook 4 rolls at a time and cook each side of each roll for about 30 seconds before flipping.  Make sure to cook each side of the roll.
  • Repeat with the rest of the rolls. 
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar, serve with fresh berries and syrup if desired.
