Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 cup 1 small onion medium sweet onion diced (I used sweet onion, but you can use white and red onions as well)
  • 2 cups diced carrots
  • 2 cups 4 small Golden Potatoes, clean and diced.
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch OPTIONAL

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, place the stew meat and sprinkle the salt, ground pepper, celery seeds, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix to coat all pieces.
  • Set the Ninja Foodi on Sear, Saute. Let it warm up for 2 minutes. 
  • Pour olive oil and add the beef. 
  • Sear for 3 minutes, mixing, and all sides will be browned.
  • Pour the beef broth and soy sauce, and mix well, scraping the bottom.
  • Add onions, carrots, and potatoes. 
  • Mix all vegetables until all are coated with the beef broth. 
  • Turn saute/sear setting off and place the Ninja Foodi on Pressure Cook setting.
  • Cook on High pressure for 8 minutes. Valve close
  • Once the time is done, do a quick release. 
  • Serve and Enjoy!
