  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe container, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in 20-second bursts, stopping to stir after each set, until smooth.
  • Pour the melted chocolate onto the baking sheet and use a spatula to spread it out evenly.
  • Melt the white chocolate chips and pink candy melts the same way as above. Once melted, mix the two together.
  • Pour the melted chocolate onto the baking sheet and use a spatula to spread it out evenly.
  • Using a butter knife, gently swirl the chocolates together.
  • Place the chocolate in the fridge to chill. Allow it to set for about 45 minutes.
  • Once the chocolate bark has set, break it into chunks as large or small as you like then enjoy!
