Ingredients

  • 12 frozen ravioli
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk*
  • 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs

Also

  • Marinara sauce for dipping
  • Oil for spritzing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
  • Place two bowls side by side. Put the buttermilk in one and breadcrumbs in the other.
  • Dip each piece of ravioli into the buttermilk then breadcrumbs, making sure to coat it as best as possible.
  • Place each breaded ravioli into the air fryer in one single layer and cook for 6-7 minutes, spritzing the tops with oil halfway through.
  • Remove the air fryer and enjoy immediately with marinara or freeze for up to 3 months.

Notes

*substitute buttermilk by filling a large measuring cup with 2 teaspoons of vinegar and filling it up to the 1/2 cup line. Stir, then wait 5 minutes. Now you have buttermilk!
