Place two bowls side by side. Put the buttermilk in one and breadcrumbs in the other.
Dip each piece of ravioli into the buttermilk then breadcrumbs, making sure to coat it as best as possible.
Place each breaded ravioli into the air fryer in one single layer and cook for 6-7 minutes, spritzing the tops with oil halfway through.
Remove the air fryer and enjoy immediately with marinara or freeze for up to 3 months.
