Honey Soy Marinade
1/3cupsoy sauce
1/4cupoilI use vegetable oil
3tablespoonshoney
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/4teaspoonground ginger
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix together the soy sauce*, oil, honey, garlic powder, and ground ginger in a big bowl.
Remove half of the marinade and place in a small bowl or container and set aside.
Add chicken thighs to a big bowl of marinade and coat chicken.
Refrigerate marinated chicken for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.**
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
Add marinated chicken to the air fryer and cook 10-15 minutes, until its internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Baste additional reserved sauce on top after cooking.
Enjoy immediately.

*if using a low-sodium soy sauce, add a pinch of salt to up the flavor**chicken can be made without being marinated, but may not lock all the honey soy flavor in.
How to Make Frozen Chicken Thighs in the Air Fryer:
1. Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees.2. Place frozen chicken thighs in the air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes, depending on size. Flip them and baste them with half of the marinade halfway through cooking.3. Remove them from the air fryer and baste them with remaining marinade, then enjoy!
