Air Fryer Lava  Cakes Recipe

Chocolate cake filled with warm, gooey, hazelnut-&-chocolate lava is the kind of dessert you’ll want to make again & again.👉

Best of all, these air fryer lava cakes only takes about 20 mins from start to finish!

Ingredients

– Semi-sweet chocolate chips – Butter – Eggs – Vanilla extract – Salt – All-purpose flour – Powdered sugar FOR THE NUTELLA FILLING – Nutella – Butter, softened – Powdered sugar

Microwave the butter & chocolate in 30 second increments until completely melted & smooth.

Step 1

Add the eggs, vanilla, salt, flour & powdered sugar, then whisk to combine.

Step 2

- Prepare the ramekins with non stick spray. - Fill each ramekin with the cake batter until half full!

Step 3

Add half of the Nutella filling in the center of each ramekin, then top off with the remaining cake batter. Ensure the filling is covered!

Step 4

Gently place the cakes in the air fryer & cook for 8 - 11 minutes.

Step 5

Carefully remove the cakes, then set them on a wire rack for 5 mins to cool!

Step 6

Run a butter knife around the outside edges of the cake & flip onto a serving plate.

Step 7

Top with ice cream and chocolate syrup and serve!
