5 Ingredient No Bake Cheesecake


– Graham cracker crumbs – Butter, melted – Cold heavy cream – Cream cheese, softened – Powdered sugar

Grease a pan with baking spray. In a bowl, stir together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the pan

Step 1

Place the crust in the freezer for 20 minutes. Add the heavy cream to the bowl of a stand mixer and beat. Move to a separate bowl.

Step 2

Add the cream cheese to the bowl of the stand mixer and beat on low. Slowly add the sugar. Turn the speed to medium and beat for 2 minutes.

Step 3

Add the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture and fold it in gently. Add the cheesecake filling to the chilled crust.

Step 4

Place the cheesecake in the freezer for at least 6 hours. To serve, run a knife under running hot water before slicing
