Rosemary Mashed Potatoes

– Yellow potatoes – Heavy cream – Butter – Garlic – Rosemary – Thyme – Dried rosemary – Dried thyme leaves – Garlic powder

Place potatoes in a pot and cover with water, add Β salt and bring to a boil. Cook for 10-15 minutes.

Heat the cream, butter, garlic, rosemary and thyme in a saucepan until simmering. Simmer five minutes, then turn the heat down.

Drain the potatoes, then strain the cream mixture in. Add salt, rosemary, dried thyme and garlic powder and mash the potatoes.
