Pumpkin Bread w/  Cream Cheese Frosting

This Pumpkin Bread is moist & full of warm spices. Topped with tangy cream cheese frosting — it’s the ultimate treat for fall!


– Pumpkin puree – Large eggs – Whole milk – Vegetable oil – Pure vanilla extract – Light brown sugar – All purpose flour – Pumpkin pie spice – Baking soda – Cream cheese, softened – Butter, softened Visit the recipe for the details!

In a bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients. Mix in the brown sugar till smooth.

Step 1

Add in the dry ingredients. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan & bake for  60-65 mins.

Step 2

Make the frosting - add the cream cheese and butter to a bowl. Beat the mixture until it is smooth.

Step 3

Add the vanilla and mix to combine. With the mixer on low speed, add the powdered sugar.

Step 4

Beat until the frosting becomes thick & fluffy. Spread the frosting over the cooled pumpkin bread!
