No Spread  Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

PREP TIME: 15 MINS TOTAL TIME: 2 HOURS

– Butter, softened – Granulated sugar – Large egg – Pure vanilla extract – All purpose flour

Place the butter & sugar into the bowl of a stand mixer & mix until light and fluffy.

Step 1

Add the egg & vanilla to the bowl - mix to combine.  Add the flour next & mix in.

Step 2

Shape the dough into a 1-inch thick disc and place in the fridge to chill. Roll it out & cut into your desired cookie shape.

Step 3

Chill the dough again, then bake them for 10-12 mins.

Step 4

Let the cookies cool, then feel free to decorate them however you like!
