Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes

Instant Pot garlic mashed potatoes are rich, creamy & bursting with flavor.  Best of all, they come together easily in the Instant Pot in less than 30 minutes! 👉

INGREDIENTS

– Russet potatoes – Cold water – Salt, Black pepper – Garlic, minced – Butter – Sour cream – Sliced chives (optional) 

Place the potatoes, water & salt in the inner pot of an Instant Pot. Cook for 10 mins, doing a quick release when the timer goes off.

Remove the lid. Add the sour cream, garlic, butter, & pepper to the Instant Pot.

Mash the potatoes to your desired consistency, adding more sour cream, butter, and/or salt if desired.

Transfer the potatoes to a serving bowl, garnishing with more butter & chopped parsley!
