INGREDIENTS

โ€“ Russet potatoes โ€“ Cold water โ€“ Salt, Black pepper โ€“ Garlic, minced โ€“ Butter โ€“ Sour cream โ€“ Sliced chives (optional)ย 

Place the potatoes, water & salt in the inner pot of an Instant Pot. Cook for 10 mins, doing a quick release when the timer goes off.

Remove the lid. Add the sour cream, garlic, butter, & pepper to the Instant Pot.

Mash the potatoes to your desired consistency, adding more sour cream, butter, and/or salt if desired.

Transfer the potatoes to a serving bowl, garnishing with more butter & chopped parsley!
