– Green tomatoes – Salt – Flour – Eggs – Cornmeal – Breadcrumbs – Paprika

Slice the green tomatoes into 1/4-inch slices and coat with salt. Let sit for at least 5 minutes.

Pat green tomato slices dry with a paper towel.Β

Dip each slice of tomato into the flour, then the egg, then finally the cornmeal mixture.

Place in the air fryer and cook for 7-9 minutes, flipping and spritzing them with oil halfway through.

Remove from the air fryer and serve with your choice of dipping sauce!
