EVERYDAY FAMILY COOKING

- Mayonnaise - Dijon mustard - Garlic powder - Sourdough or sandwich bread, toasted - Avocado, thinly sliced - Sliced turkey - Crisp cooked bacon - Roma tomato, sliced - Arugula - Olive oil

Stir the mayonnaise, dijon, and garlic powder. Spread over one side of each piece of toasted bread.

Layer the sliced avocado over the aioli and sprinkle it with kosher salt and cracked black pepper.

Layer on the sliced turkey followed by the bacon and tomato. Pile on the arugula and drizzle it with olive oil.

Season with kosher salt and cracked black pepper. Place the second piece of bread, on top of the arugula and enjoy.
