Chocolate Chip Marshmallow Cookies

Ingredients

– Unsalted butter, melted – Light brown sugar – Large egg – Pure vanilla extract – All purpose flour – Baking soda – Kosher salt –Chocolate chips + Marshmallows

Add the melted butter and brown sugar into a large bowl and whisk together.

Step 1

Add the egg & vanilla extract and use a whisk to combine. Mix in the flour, baking soda, and salt.

Step 2

Fold in the chocolate chips and marshmallows. Refrigerate the dough for at least 30 mins.

Step 3

Scoop out 2 tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them about 2-inches apart on the baking sheet.

Step 4

Bake for 12-15 mins. Allow them to cool completely on the tray!
