INGREDIENTS

– All-purpose flour – Baking powder – Salt – Cream cheese – Unsalted butter – Light brown sugar – Egg – Vanilla extract – Chocolate chips – Toffee bits

Whisk together the dry ingredients & set it aside. In another bowl, whip the cream cheese & butter together.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet and slowly mix until just combined.

Using a cookie scoop, place tablespoon-sized dollops of dough 1 inch apart from each other.

Bake for 12 to 14 mins. Use the end of a wooden spoon to create a well for the chocolate & toffee bits.

Place 4-6 chocolate chips in each cookie and allow them to melt. Top with the toffee bits, then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
