– Pumpkin – Olive oil –Sea salt

Cut a circle around the stem of your pumpkin. Remove the top & use a large spoon to scoop out the seeds.

Wash your seeds & lay on a paper towel to off while you preheat the air fryer.

Place the pumpkin seeds in a small bowl, drizzle over olive oil & combine with sea salt.

Put the seeds on the top of parchment paper in the air fryer basket.

Bake for 10 mins, shaking the basket every 3-4 mins, to make sure they are evenly toasting.
