Air Fryer Diced Potatoes

Looking for the best way to serve potatoes with minimal prep? These diced potatoes in the air fryer are crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, & so simple to make!

Cook Time: 20 min

– Small potatoes – Cold water – Fresh thyme or dried thyme – Minced garlic – Olive oil – Lemon Juice – Salt to taste

Wash & dice the potatoes  into small cubes

Step 1

Soak the cut potatoes for 10 mins in cold water. This will help remove some starch & allow them to crisp up more. After soaking, drain & pat dry!

Step 2

 Combine potatoes with the thyme, garlic, olive oil & lemon juice.

Step 3

Air fry for 20 - 25 mins, giving the basket a good shake at the 10 minute mark!

Step 4

Serve & enjoy!
