What Other Brand of Chicken Fries Can You Use in the Air Fryer?

Have another brand besides Tyson Any’tizers you want to use? Whether you prefer Kirkwood, Schwans, Earth’s Best, or any other brand of frozen chicken fries, you can still use this air fryer method!

Just keep in mind that if another brand of chicken fries is thicker or thinner, you’ll need to adjust the cooking time accordingly. You want to make sure the breading is crispy and golden and that the chicken is heated all the way through before serving.

How Long Do You Cook Chicken Fries in an Air Fryer?

The timing will depend on the size and model of your air fryer. For reference, I am using a 5.8 quart Cosori air fryer. I find that 10 minutes is plenty to get my chicken fries hot and crispy!

If you check on them after 10 minutes and want the chicken fries a little crispier, go ahead and add a minute or two to the cooking time. Just be sure to keep an eye on them so they don’t get overdone.

Tips to Make Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Fries

  • Always lay the chicken fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer with a little space between each one. This will allow the hot air to circulate around the fries and properly crisp up the breading.
  • Shake the basket halfway through the cooking time to help the chicken fries cook evenly.
  • There is no need to spray your basket. The chicken fries already have oil in them that will prevent sticking. Spraying additional oil could make them greasy.

How to Reheat Chicken Fries in the Air Fryer

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees F.
  2. Lay the leftover chicken fries in a single layer.
  3. Cook for about 3 minutes until heated through and crispy.

    • Hi JD! This is actually the Cosori air fryer, but I did have a Bella air fryer as my first air fryer several years ago! They both cook wonderfully and all of the air fryer recipes will work great in your Bella air fryer as well!
